To respond to quotes, schedule pickups, deliver shipments, invoice for services, and communicate operational updates.

Healthcare Data (PHIPA)

For medical courier work, we handle specimens, prescriptions and documents in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and applicable HIPAA principles. Chain-of-custody is maintained end-to-end.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share only with carriers, healthcare partners and authorities as required to perform the service or by law.
